1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "vv66" refers to the vv66 online platform, accessible at https://vv66.online, including all associated games, services, features, and content.
• "Platform" means the vv66 website, mobile browser interface, and any application or service made available by vv66 to registered users.
• "User", "You", "Your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the vv66 Platform.
• "Account" means the individual user account created upon completion of vv66's registration process.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or other non-cash incentives awarded to a User's Account by vv66.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means a single betting transaction placed by a User on the vv66 sportsbook or casino platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total volume of real-money or bonus-money wagers a User must place before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time (BST)" means UTC+6, the standard time zone applied to all time references on the vv66 Platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the vv66 Platform in any way — including browsing the site, registering an Account, depositing funds, or placing a Wager — you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with any additional rules, policies, or guidelines referenced herein or published separately on the Platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease accessing or using the vv66 Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and vv66 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, representations, and warranties.

3. Eligibility

Access to and use of the vv66 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. vv66 operates a strict minimum age policy in accordance with responsible gaming standards applicable to the Bangladesh market. Individuals under 21 years of age are expressly prohibited from registering, depositing, or placing Wagers on the Platform.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, automated systems, and third-party agents may not register Accounts on the Platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, officer, or director of vv66 or any affiliated entity, nor a close family member of such a person, unless prior written consent has been obtained from vv66.
• You must ensure that your use of the Platform does not violate any law, regulation, or restriction applicable to you in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legal status of online betting in your location before using the Platform.

vv66 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Account registration or continued access may be refused or suspended pending satisfactory completion of verification requirements.

4. Account Registration

To access the full features of the vv66 Platform, including depositing funds and placing Wagers, you must register a single Account. The following rules apply to Account registration and maintenance:

4.1 One Account Per User

Each User is permitted to hold only one Account on the vv66 Platform. Opening, operating, or attempting to open multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all Balances.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during the registration process and must promptly update your Account details in the event of any change. vv66 shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain current and accurate Account information.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passcodes (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. vv66 will treat any activity conducted through your Account as having been authorised by you unless you have notified vv66 of unauthorised access in accordance with the process described in Section 15 (Contact Us).

4.4 Account Verification (KYC)

vv66 may, at its discretion or as required by its internal risk management procedures, request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation, including but not limited to a government-issued national ID card, passport, or driver's licence, together with proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by vv66 may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or the closure of your Account.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

vv66 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are ordinarily credited to your Account Balance within 30 seconds of successful payment confirmation. vv66 reserves the right to reverse a deposit if it is associated with a fraudulent transaction, disputed charge, or chargeback initiated by the payment provider.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests to Bangladeshi mobile wallet services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are processed within 5 to 30 minutes of approval during standard operating hours. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. vv66 may impose a maximum single withdrawal limit or daily withdrawal cap, details of which are published in the Account cashier section. Withdrawals may be delayed pending identity verification, bonus wagering completion, or internal fraud review.

5.3 Currency

All transactions on the vv66 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Currency conversion is not supported. Deposits made in any other currency will not be accepted.

5.4 Fees

vv66 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment service provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges, for which vv66 accepts no responsibility.

6. Betting Rules

All Wagers placed on the vv66 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, market, or game, as published within the Platform's dedicated rules section. The following general betting rules apply across all markets:

• All Wagers are final once confirmed. vv66 does not permit the cancellation or modification of a Wager after it has been accepted by the system, except in cases of manifest error.
• vv66 reserves the right to void any Wager placed on incorrect odds caused by a technical error, data feed failure, or human input error. In such cases, the Wager stake will be returned to the User's Balance.
• In-play (live) Wagers are subject to market suspension at any time. vv66 shall not be liable for the inability to place or settle an in-play Wager due to a momentary market suspension.
• Maximum Wager limits apply per event, per market, and per day. These limits are displayed at the time of Wager placement and are subject to change without prior notice.
• vv66 reserves the right to limit or refuse Wagers from any User at its sole discretion, including where unusual betting patterns are detected.
• Cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series — are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (BCB, ICC, BCCI). Rain-affected matches are settled in accordance with the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method where applied by the governing body.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

vv66 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing Users. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are not withdrawable directly. Only winnings generated from Bonus Funds — and only after the applicable Wagering Requirement is fully met — are transferable to the withdrawable Balance.
• Wagering Requirements must be met within the time period specified in the offer. Bonus Funds and associated winnings that have not met Wagering Requirements by the expiry date will be forfeited without compensation.
• Wagering Requirements count contributions from eligible game categories. Slots typically contribute 100% towards wagering. Live casino games, table games, and certain sports markets may contribute a lower percentage, as specified in the individual bonus terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at any time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• vv66 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time, with changes taking effect immediately. Users with active bonuses will not be retrospectively affected by changes, subject to anti-fraud provisions.
• Bonuses are personal to the Account holder and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other party.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the vv66 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether personally or through a third party.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place Wagers or interact with the Platform without express written permission from vv66.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or pricing anomalies (commonly known as "arbing" or "bug abuse") to generate guaranteed profits.
• Colluding with other Users, game participants, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports corruption.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering or financial fraud.
• Using another person's payment method to deposit without explicit authorisation from the account holder of that payment method.
• Making misrepresentations or providing false information to vv66 at any stage of the registration or verification process.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the vv66 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, game engines, and the overall design and arrangement of the Platform — is the exclusive property of vv66 or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any part of the Platform's content without the prior written consent of vv66.

10. Privacy

vv66 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described therein.

vv66 employs 256-bit SSL encryption to protect the transmission of personal and financial data between your device and the Platform's servers. However, no method of electronic transmission is entirely secure, and vv66 cannot guarantee absolute data security.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vv66 excludes all warranties, conditions, representations, and guarantees — whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise — in relation to the Platform and its services.

vv66 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, whether or not vv66 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In any event, vv66's maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12. Termination & Account Closure

vv66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice if it reasonably believes that a User has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in prohibited conduct, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other Users.

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting vv66 support at the email address listed in Section 15. Upon Account closure, any remaining real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met Wagering Requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC verification.

Accounts that have been closed for responsible gaming reasons (self-exclusion) will not be reopened during the self-exclusion period under any circumstances. Requests to reopen a self-excluded Account before the exclusion period expires will be refused.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which vv66 operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable arbitration rules.

You agree that any claim or dispute must be brought in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.

14. Amendments to These Terms

vv66 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Revised terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, vv66 will provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to remain informed of any updates. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.
